RNF have created a new role to support the rapid continued development of their mobile customer engagement platform BEAM, and to ensure it delivers the best possible ROI for customers.
Carlin Easton has joined as Product Manager and will take ownership of developing the platform ensuring it is fully aligned with customer needs. Carlin brings with him a wealth of experience in software product management having spent 9 years with NDI Technologies and a further 8 years with NDI Recognition Systems.
Carlin will be working closely with RNF customers to develop a roadmap of new features that line up with their individual needs. He will also ensure that those customers are taking advantage of the full power of BEAM for their businesses to maximise its ROI.
He will also be managing the AI development programme that RNF have been undertaking, which is backed by InnovateUK and will take BEAM to a whole new level of intelligence.
