RNF Digital Innovation has partnered with ERP software provider Sanderson to provide an ordering app for the Sanderson wholesale client base.
The app, which is available in both iOS and Android versions, will be individually branded for each wholesaler. It enables retailers to search the wholesaler’s full product range, order through mobile or tablet and view account history. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with the Sanderson specialist wholesale solution Swords, a significant benefit of the partnership.
Many mobile app development projects are hindered by the time it takes to develop the interface between the app and the existing business system – the API (application programming interface). This work has already been done meaning wholesalers can get a branded app out to their customers within weeks.
And importantly, the app links with RNF’s bespoke customer engagement platform BEAM. This enables wholesalers to engage with their app users in a personalised and relevant way increasing the effectiveness of the comms and ultimately increasing sales.
Following the launch of the app in February, two Sanderson customers have already signed up, with many more in the immediate pipeline.
