JW Filshill App a big hit with customers

Multi award-winning wholesaler JW Filshill are the first Sanderson customer to take advantage of the ordering app built by RNF as part of the RNF/Sanderson partnership we announced earlier this year.

The app, which is available in both iOS and Android versions, was launched at their customer trade show and was downloaded more 150 times on the first day alone.  The app which enables customers to order products 24/7 from their mobile device has full product information and time-saving features such as instant barcode scanning and pre-populated shopping lists. It also allows customers to view their account history.

Importantly, the app links with RNF’s bespoke customer engagement platform BEAM. This enables Filshill to engage with their app users in a personalised and relevant way through rich push notifications and in-app advertising.
