Using mobile to capture sales

Objectives:

Park Holidays UK operates 25 award winning holiday parks across southern England and a significant part of their business is selling caravans and lodges on these parks to individuals.

The majority of people become interested in buying a holiday home whilst staying on one of the parks, but don’t always want to talk to a sales person and also are unlikely to have a laptop with them.

Park Holidays therefore turned to RNF to help them develop a mobile strategy to ensure they didn’t miss out on these valuable leads.

Solution:

RNF developed a native app that allows users to browse each of the unique holiday parks and view the very latest holiday home stock, updated every day.

Fully integrated to the Park Holidays business, users can set up saved searches, have a live chat and set the usual search criteria to find their perfect home. There is information about each individual park for those who aren’t familiar with the different locations and also a unique manufacturer’s showcase that highlights the features of 53 different holiday home models.

Results:

The app has only just launched so no results to date.
