RNF announces major new partnership with Confex

RNF has secured a deal with Confex, one of the UK’s leading wholesale buying groups. The deal will see RNF supplying a white label mobile ordering app that Confex will make available to its 244 members so they can offer this increasingly important channel to their customers. The offer supports Confex’s strategic focus of helping their members grow and giving them the tools to remain competitive.

The ordering app, which will be available on both the iOS and Android platforms, will offer functionality such as barcode scanning, search and filters, click & collect or delivery options, and a Profit On Return (POR) calculator. And importantly for Confex it will be fully integrated with RNF’s bespoke mobile customer engagement platform BEAM.

BEAM will allow Confex to deliver supplier product promotions throughout the app directly to retailers, opening up an important communications channel. With existing supplier promotions run through BEAM delivering impressive results, such as a 22% uplift in sales versus trend-line for a recent drinks promotion, this is a significant new channel for Confex and its suppliers to take advantage of.
