Sugro latest buying group to partner with RNF

Sugro, the buying and marketing co-operative of over 84 independent wholesaler companies, has partnered with RNF to offer its members free access to the Beam Commerce Platform for one year.

The Beam Commerce Platform is a sales and marketing tool designed specifically to enable wholesalers to truly embrace the digital sales channel. It combines a wholesaler focussed best-in-class white-label ordering app that works across mobile, tablet and desktop and is integrated to RNF’s award-winning customer engagement and advertising platform Beam.

The app enables customers to order 24/7 from desktop, tablet or mobile devices and includes a number of features that are specifically relevant to wholesale, such as a powerful search barcode scanner, POR calculator and the ability to create huge repeatable B2B orders.

The customer engagement platform allows Sugro members to communicate with their customers through SMS and rich push notifications (images/videos) and enables them, in partnership with Sugro, to create incremental advertising revenues through supplier sponsored marketing and in-app advertising.

Members who take up the offer will also be able to deploy highly targeted marketing campaigns, driving supplier sponsored content and promotions to their customers based on customer profile, location, previous transaction history etc.

Already eight Sugro members have gone live on the platform and a number of others are signed up.
